I have known Corin since I was in high school. So when she was looking for a maternity photographer in Charleston, it kind of worked out perfectly that I was here!
But first, a little back story on how I knew Corin. I played volleyball all throughout high school and college. In high school I played with Corin’s sister, Tinsley. We were the same year and played together for 4 years throughout high school and club volleyball. There was a group of us that would have sleepovers and hang out at Tinsley’s sometimes. Which is where we all met Corin! Then when I went to college to play, I ended up going to the same college that Corin was playing tennis at. Which was pretty crazy. Out of all the colleges in South Carolina, we ended up at the same tiny one (Erskine College).
We both ended up back in Charleston after Erskine. And we both ended up starting our own businesses! So when she reached out to me to take her maternity photos, I was so excited. We talked the whole time about life, business, and old times. It’s so weird to think that I graduated from high school almost 10 years ago now! So I really can consider high school the “old times” for me.
Corin decided to take her maternity photos on the beach because she grew up here and the beach is so special to her.

If you look really close you can see a dragonfly to the left of Corin! Isn’t that crazy?! Perfect timing!
Corin and Reese welcomed their baby girl, Addie, into the world this past October. She is the cutest little thing!
