The day is here. My 2019 best of weddings blog post! This is my favorite time because I get to share beautiful photos from my weddings of 2019.

Being a wedding photographer in Charleston, SC is just as magical as it sounds.

I get to witness couples vow to spend the rest of their lives together in some of the most beautiful places in South Carolina.

At the end of every year I get to look back and see all of the gorgeous couples that I photographed. How could I not love this? This year was even more rewarding and fun for me because of how much my style has evolved. I started photographing my couples with my new film camera at the beginning of October and that was a huge change for me!

I got to capture some pretty amazing, intimate and unforgettable moments. Some of the ones that stick out in my head:
Dwayne trying to hold back tears as he saw his bride walk in the sand down the aisle in Jamaica
Jessica and Bobby having the most intimate ceremony under tall, glowing oaks with the breeze blowing through them
Ashlyn fighting tears as she walked up to Tommy for their first look
Christina and Clif stealing away their cute baby boy for their first dance together
Jessica and Shaun taking their exit through a tunnel of bubbles
Ashleigh and Devan trusting me enough to run into the ocean and take some AMAZING photos
Those are just a few, but they all made me tear up and smile at the same time!

That is why I love my job. I get to document so many beautiful moments.

I’m so excited to see where 2020 takes me with my photography! Hopefully just as many places (if not more) as 2019.
