I have finally decided on a name for my new blog section with the help of one of my friends!
A Thousand Words.
Let me explain the meaning….
There is the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words”. This basically means that a long and complex idea could be shown in just a simple picture.
This blog will be my “thousand words” to give you a look inside my photography.
To show my words that describe my photography.
I hope you like it!! I’m so happy that my friend gave me such a great idea!
This week I wanted to ask a favor of you all.
A fellow friend and coworker of mine is in need.
I’ll give you a brief background story…
Nancy, my coworker, is married to a wonderful man, Kevin. Earlier this week Kevin was on a flight home from a work trip when he had a massive heart attack in flight. The plane made an emergency landing in Texas and he has been in the hospital there since.
The plan is to get a pacemaker for him to help him until he is strong enough to receive a new heart.
My favor I ask from you all this week is to pray for him and his family. The power of prayer is so strong! Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers!
There is also a go fund me page for him if you feel compelled to donate to help with their hospital bills and other expenses they may have while being away from home for months.
