You can’t get any better than this Lowndes Grove Plantation Wedding!
Luxury cars. Princess wedding dresses. White ribbons.
This was yet another magical styled shoot at Lowndes Grove Plantation.
Janiece and Ian are a couple in real life, not just models. Which makes it that much better when they do model together for styled shoots! They made it SO easy to take beautiful photos of them and it looks natural too.
The great thing about styled shoots is that you get all these amazing photos, but the hard part is that you are limited on time. There are several “rotations” or stations that you spend a set amount of time at. Usually there are a lot of other photographers there so it’s important to follow this so everyone gets a fair amount of time at each station!! That’s what makes these so interesting.
The good thing about being limited on time is that it helps you prepare for the real wedding day! You won’t always have hours of portrait time on your wedding day; sometimes you only get a few minutes. Styled shoots make you think quick and stay on your toes!
We had to move really fast with Janiece and Ian’s portraits, but I think they turned out amazing! The wedding dress Janiece was wearing created movement in the portraits and was so much fun to work with. Princess wedding dresses are my favorite because of this!
