If you haven’t seen yet, I started a new blog series: Charleston and South Carolina wedding vendors! And today I am highlighting Elevents and Co!
My main goal is to help couples find South Carolina wedding vendors easily by looking through my blog series.
First off, if you haven’t seen their logo you need to go look right now! It’s the cutest little elephant and I’m obsessed with it. I met Rachel last year at the best coffee shop in Downtown Charleston (Merc & Mash). They have amazing avocado toast! Rachel and I talked about weddings in Charleston and food for over an hour. It was such a fun first meeting! I asked Rachel to answer a few questions about her business so that you all can learn a little more about her! She’s hilarious, full of energy, and so much fun! I am a New York native who graduated from UGA living in Charleston, SC! I love cooking, baking, cocktails outside, being on the water, and my corgi rescue Lorenzo!

What advice would you give to your couples who are preparing for their wedding day?
Don’t forget to prepare for the most important part, your relationship! I am a big fan of premarital counseling. It is a great way to establish goals for your marriage, and foresee possible obstacles.
I’ve heard this advice a lot and I love it! Planning your wedding can be fun and overwhelming at the same time; it’s really easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everything. But don’t forget the reason you are having a wedding: you are marrying your best friend!
What are your favorite wedding trends right now?
Using fun objects that double as a favor for your escort or seat card
I’ve seen so many fun wedding favors at my South Carolina weddings I’ve photographed!
Anything else you would like to share?
We love to travel! We have helped couples celebrate in NYC, Italy, and Jamaica!
Fun fact: Rachel and I both worked weddings in Jamaica last year around the same time! They weren’t at the same venue, but they were both in Montego Bay! Isn’t that crazy?!
