This intimate Downtown Charleston wedding was absolutely perfect in every way. It was held at the most beautiful park, Hampton Park, and the day went so smooth. And it was so nice to meet Kristi and Sean! I got a message from Kristi on Instagram asking if I was available and I was SO excited to get back out there!
Intimate weddings and elopements are really starting to become my favorite things to document!
Kristi and Sean were originally supposed to travel to Tulum to get married, but because of Covid-19 they had to suddenly change plans. Luckily, Sean’s parents and Kristi’s sister were all able to make the trip to see this beautiful day. And Kristi’s parents are able to see the photos and feel like they were there with us as well!
The whole week leading up to the wedding called for rain. And not just a drizzle, but a full downpour the whole day. But the morning of, we woke up to an absolutely beautiful day! The sun was shining, there was a light breeze, and it wasn’t too hot outside. It was literally perfect weather for the perfect day!
Kristi and Sean exchanged their vows in Downtown Charleston at Hampton Park.
Myself, Sean’s parents, and Kristi’s sister all gathered in the gazebo around Sean and Kristi to share this special moment with them. And after they signed the papers we were able to walk around the park and take some stunning photos! Take a look below 🙂
We finished their intimate Downtown Charleston wedding under the big oaks with ducks and geese roaming in the background.
Thank you Kristi and Sean for letting me take part in your special day! I loved it and I always love intimate weddings! There’s something about only having family there to witness this that just makes it extra special.
I wish you both a lifetime of happiness and love!
Special thanks to these amazing vendors:
